Insurance and Payment Information
We understand occasional circumstances prevent you from keeping your scheduled appointment. If possible, please notify our office in advance if you are running late or unable to make your appointment. Our office staff will do their best to re-schedule you promptly.
Payment is due at time of service. We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own pediatrician.
Missed Appointment Fee
A missed appointment fee is charged if an appointment is missed and/or not cancelled 24 hours in advance of the appointment by calling our office at (203)622-4301. Your account will be charged per child, per occurrence.
We accept most major insurance including:
- Great West
- Harvard Pilgrim
- Multi Plan
- United Healthcare
**Please note that all insurance plans are different even if you have one of the above listed insurance companies. Please contact your insurance carrier to confirm that our doctors are in network for your specific plan. Our Tax ID#263060691 can be given to your insurance carrier to confirm.**
