Insurance and Billing Information

We understand occasional circumstances may prevent you from keeping your scheduled appointment. If possible, please notify our office in advance if you are running late or unable to make your appointment. Our office staff will do their best to re-schedule you promptly.

Payment Options

Payment is due at time of service. We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We are happy to file a claim with your insurance for reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own pediatrician.

Missed Appointment Fee

A missed appointment fee is charged if an appointment is missed and/or not canceled 24 hours in advance of the appointment by calling our office at (203)622-4301. Your account will be charged per child, per occurrence.


Copay is due at time of visit. Please note that there will be a fee for each unpaid copay.

  • Harvard Pilgrim
  • Magnacare (if your plan participates with Multi Plan)
  • Multi Plan
  • Oxford
  • United Healthcare

**Please note that insurance plans are different even if you have one of the above listed insurance companies. Therefore, please contact your insurance carrier to confirm that our doctors are in network for your specific plan. Our Tax ID#263060691 can be given to your insurance carrier to confirm.**

Important information regarding lab specimens

Please note that we send all of our lab specimens to the Greenwich Hospital Lab. Please check with your insurance carrier if you are unsure as to whether they are in network for you.
